Sandy beaches, long coast lines, promenades and a marvellous landscape around the firth of Kiel offer everything one is expecting when it comes to beach holiday. Visit the submarine U995 and the naval memorial in Laboe and when you are lucky you might see the Gorch Fock, the training sailing boat of the German navy forces at the Tirpitz pier.
